Video presentations
A short video presentation of your property is a fantastic way to present your property to potential clients, and can easily be sent by email, or other messenger services like WhatsApp or Telegram. It is a quick and easy way to present your property to your potential clients, and will give them a better idea of what your property really looks like. Personalised service
I understand that everyone is different and their properties are unique, so I will create a personalised selection of photos and a video presentation especially for you. The photos will be delivered to you in various sizes and formats to suit your personal needs. You are then able to advertise your property in which ever way you like, using the different formats and sizes.
Drone videos & photos.
I am pleased to be able to offer you videos and photos done by an independent, fully licenced and professional drone pilot.
This is an amazing way to showcase your property in a way that not many people do so. It will make your property really stand out from the rest, and give your potential clients a much better idea of the surrounding areas as well.
Drone footage is not suitable for some properties depending on their locations, but please feel free to contact me for more information and quotes.

Here are some of the many questions I am asked.
I am based in the south of Tenerife. so can easily cover the whole island. I am able to offer my services in the other Canary Islands as well, but there will obviously be extra travelling costs involved.
Prices will depend on the size and type of your property but start from as little as 200€ plus IGIC for a one bedroom property. This includes up to 20 professional photographs in different formats, and a short video presentation. The turnaround for this is less than 72 hours.
Once a quote has been agreed, you will pay 50% of the fee in advance. When the work has been completed, and you are happy with the images and video, you will then pay the remaining 50%
There are many ways I can deliver your images and video. It can be done via email, a shared Dropbox folder, sent by Wetransfer, or even hand delivered on a pen drive. I am flexible on how this is done and am happy to deliver them in which ever way you like. Final images will only be delivered once payment has been made.
The length of time for the photo and video shoot will depend on the type and size of the property, but normally between 1 and 3 hours. The editing will be done in less that 72 hours and you will have your images and video ready to use and send to your potential clients.
